How will Hamburg use the competitive advantage potential of its approximately 466,000 inhabitants with migration background in the age of the globalization? What can be done to improve the chances of the migrants to bring in their abilities?
The
non-profit association AYACSA e,V. has
set itself two societal goals for achieving social integration: equal
access to education and the equal opportunity. We are mindful of the
fact that the integration program is not an accomplished, oen-time
project, but a constantly evolving process. As such, our projects are
constantly tailored to suit the needs and held current. They
encompass language instruction, vocational integration, education
and social integration. We offer participants an opportunity to
improve their German knowledge and skills through regular
instruction. This is a substantial requirement for integration and
vocational success.
